Bloom training & consultancy was founded in 2022 by Jo Kent, a suicide prevention training programme lead with 37 years expeience in mental health.

Jo has worked with a range of public, private and VCSE organisations across the Humber & North Yorkshire including the National Health Service. Her experience includes;

• Suicide Prevention Programme Lead covering Humber & North Yorkshire
• Service Manager  in Mental Health
• Social Worker in Adult Mental Health

During this time Jo has developed and transformed a range of services and implemented new policies.
